JENNIFER JELLIS, Registered Acupuncturist CCHPBC • ATCMA • NADA

Thoughtful, whole-person acupuncture care supporting women’s health, pain recovery, and nervous system balance.

WEST VANCOUVER • SQUAMISH

Jennifer’s practice focuses on pregnancy and postpartum care, hormone regulation, chronic pain, and stress support. She is also a postpartum doula (DONA, 2018) and brings that perspective into her approach to care.

With more than 20 years in holistic health care, her background includes massage therapy and over a decade treating heli-ski and outdoor sport–related injuries. After training in acupuncture at MacEwan University and completing a clinical internship in Shandong, China, she has practised as a Registered Acupuncturist in British Columbia since 2009.

Treatment Approach

Treatments may combine acupuncture with complementary techniques, along with lifestyle or dietary guidance when appropriate. The approach focuses on addressing both present symptoms and underlying patterns to support meaningful, lasting change rather than short-term relief. Jennifer is also open to collaborating with other health-care providers as part of a supportive and integrated approach to care.

Treatments

Pregnancy &
Postpartum Support

Acupuncture care tailored to support the body through pregnancy and the postpartum period. Treatment is adapted to each stage and focuses on physical comfort, recovery, and overall balance during times of significant change.

Hormone Regulation
& Women’s Health

Care that supports hormone balance across different life stages, including perimenopause and menopause. Treatment may help regulate cycles, ease transitions, and address symptoms connected to stress, sleep, and overall hormonal health.

Sport Injury
& Physical Pain

Care for injuries, strain, and physical pain related to sport, work, or daily movement. Treatment supports recovery, helps reduce inflammation, and works to restore mobility and function over time. This approach is well suited to both acute injuries and longer-standing physical patterns.

Auricular Therapy
(Ear Acupuncture)

A focused acupuncture technique using points on the ear that correspond to the nervous system and body systems. Auricular therapy may be used on its own or alongside full-body acupuncture, particularly when nervous system support is a priority.

Chronic Pain
& Tension Patterns

Support for persistent or recurring pain that may not respond to short-term fixes. Treatment focuses on calming the nervous system, improving circulation, and addressing underlying patterns that contribute to ongoing discomfort or tension.

Stress, Anxiety
& Emotional Wellbeing

Support for nervous system regulation and emotional balance. Treatment often focuses on easing physical tension, improving sleep quality, and supporting resilience during periods of sustained stress or overwhelm.
